General Terms

By using the mcw8 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and mcw8.

mcw8 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after any such change, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the updated terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page before each visit.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

Eligibility & Age Limit

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the mcw8 platform:

• You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own free will — not under any form of pressure or compulsion.
• You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a bank account).
• You will operate the account in your own name for personal entertainment purposes; operating an account on behalf of someone else or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed immediately and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

mcw8 may request documents for identity verification at any stage of registration. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

Account Security

• Keep your login password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• If there is any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• mcw8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use, unless it is caused by mcw8's own error.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

Updating Account Information

If your number, email, or payment details change, inform mcw8 immediately via live chat. The user bears full responsibility for any transaction delays or failures caused by outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Payment methods currently accepted at mcw8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = A total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• mcw8 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Cashback Program

mcw8's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback at each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and casino game activity on the mcw8 platform:

Sports Betting

• Betting is limited to events displayed on the platform. mcw8 reserves the right to close any event or market at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a dispute arises over a match result and mcw8 determines it has been subject to manipulation, the relevant bets may be voided.

Casino & Slots

• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.

• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

Account Suspension & Closure

Actions by mcw8

mcw8 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Outstanding balance or chargeback disputes.
• Lack of contact following a prolonged period of inactivity.

Account Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses will be forfeited.
